Hot Dipped Galvanized
HDG is the most durable, corrosion-free exterior finish possible. The HDG process involves submerging the cylinder into molten zinc. The zinc metallurgically bonds to the steel so that it won’t wear off.
Gun Metal Gray
This triple-protected finish provides long-lasting durability. The process includes a zinc galvanizing spray, followed by an epoxy paint and then a top coat of polyurethane. The result is a beautiful cosmetic finish.
PAINTED CYLINDER COLORS
Painted cylinders come in a variety of colors and involve a two-step process
- Color is applied using a spray on powder coat.
- The cylinders are baked to give them a high gloss finish.
