Low-bulk, high performance undersuits and baselayers, developed for the most extreme conditions on the planet. Fast wicking, machine washable and above all warm, even when wet. Discover why our underwear is the choice of the Swedish, Danish and French Navy, FBI dive teams, Dutch special forces and thousands of professional divers worldwide.
Incorporating highly advanced thermal technology and one of the most insulating materials ever developed, the HALO A°R's performance exceeds expectations of any diving undersuit.
Using technology originally created for space exploration and cryogenics, the HALO A°R features the extreme insulation material A°RGON™ aerogel in a compression resistant matrix.
With phenomenal insulation properties, this material enables the HALO A°R to achieve extreme thermal protection from a thinner, less buoyant diving undersuit. With a wind and water-repellent stretch outer layer, comfortable thumb loops and foot stirrups, this is a garment which can be worn in total comfort, all day.
Building on fourth element's experience in thermal protection and bodymapping, the HALO A°R was assessed with thermal imaging cameras to improve and modify prototypes.
With warm, water-resistant chest panel and sleeve panels, the Arctic Expedition top combines body-mapped enhanced insulation with practical considerations for the dive. The windproof chest panel eliminates the rush of cold air when pressing the chest inflate valve. The bungee cord thumb loops ensure that the sleeves do not ride up when donning the drysuit, but retract to prevent them becoming trapped in the wrist seals.
The Arctic Expedition leggings are designed with the utmost performance in mind. Handwarmer pockets, and body-mapped insulation with additional layers of high density fleece on the thighs, combined with water-resistant knee and seat panels. The leggings are pre-drilled for p-valves in both thighs with a hole that can be adjusted for different gauge p-valve tubes.
The one piece Arctic Expedition features zipped handwarmer pockets and elasticated waist portion to ensure snug comfortable fit. The suit is pre-drilled for using p-valves.

Probably the world's best selling thermal undergarment is now available in a simple one piece option. Featuring the innovative two layer technology pioneered by fourth element, the One Piece Arctic provides a simple solution to the challenges of thermal protection.
Maximising thermal protection whilst minimising buoyancy, the Halo 3D has body-mapped insulation, strategically placed to enhance protection when in horizontal trim. Designed for use underneath membrane and trilaminate dry suits. Convenient zipped sleeve pocket, full length, double headed zip with internal and external zip cover, thumb loops to aid donning, secure foot stirrups to prevent legs riding up, simple one piece design, machine washable and quick drying.
A combination of features developed to minimise water ingress, but maintaining ease of donning, make this 5mm full suit, the ideal choice for dive schools. Robust thermal linings with extra wear panels in the seat and knees, ensure that even novice divers will find critical wear areas are covered.
The Arctic top is designed with a long body portion to ensure adequate overlap between the top and trousers. Thumb loops prevent the sleeves from riding up during donning. Remember to remove them and tuck them back underneath the wrist seals. Tuck the top into the waistband of the trousers before donning drysuit to prevent any separation during the dive.

The Arctic leggings feature secure foot loops to keep leggings in place when donning the drysuit. A high waistband ensures that separation of top and leggings is minimised. Tuck the top into the waistband before donning the drysuit. The lower legs are single layered to prevent too much bulk around the ankles making donning easier. Short and regular leg lengths are available.

With the classic construction of two layers of high insulation, low bulk fabric, the Arctic hat is seriously warm. Warm enough for Doug Allan on the BBC's Operation Iceberg.
The Arctic drysuit undersuit is complemented by the Arctic socks, which completes the thermal protection system, offering low bulk thermal protection to the extremities. The two layer construction is warm and comfortable, and the inner liner can be pulled out from the outer liner to speed drying times.
